Cutting edge R&D facility, Occupied Laboratory Building, University of London, Repeat Client, Technically Complex Project.

An exciting and challenging project. This development within a building with live high containment laboratories presented many challenges. A client team made up from individual leaders in their field, an unclear and fluid brief and a fixed grant gave the project little room for error.

The labs were completed on time, on budget and met all the clients requirements. Opened by the Queen in 2013 and continues to assist the client in their ground breaking research.
